Showing off her fit post-baby body, Kristin Cavallari was spotted grabbing a few healthy snacks at Earth Bar in West Hollywood, CA (September 26). The 25-year-old momma rocked a fresh face with a white top and black skinnies while looking thrilled to be back home.
Monday afternoon, Miss Cavallari tweeted, “Going to LA tomorrow!! I’m actually realllllly excited,” and when arriving in town she shared, “LA…I’m baaaaack.” In related news, now that Jay Cutler’s fiancé gave birth, she is getting ready to plan her big day. Hopefully this time the couple goes through with the plans.

| Who is Kristin Cavallari? | ||
| Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari, 24, born in Colorado, got famous during the reality show Laguna Beach, where she also grew up, living with her dad and brother Mike. Kristin was also in the last seasons of its spin-off, The Hills in 2009. Kristin moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career among other things, has done different modelling and charity jobs and was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2011. In early 2012 it was announced Miss Cavallari was yet again engaged... and pregnant! During her pregnancy she's been working on a shoe- and jewelry line. Kristin gave birth to a beautiful son, named Camden Jack Cutler on August 8, 2012. The shoe line, Chinese Laundry by Kristin Cavallari hit the market and so did her jewelry line, Glamboutique by Kristin Cavallari. The former reality star has said in interviews that she's definitely keeping up with her shoe -and jewelry designs for now, but "never say never" for other things, like reality or acting.
